ABOUT ME
​
I'm a professional private guitar teacher registered with the Musicians Union and DBS checked.
Teaching online lessons worldwide or in person in Chorlton, Manchester.
​
As an experienced gigging guitarist and songwriter I've played gigs and festivals all over the UK and Europe, with many of my songs getting Radio Airplay on stations like BBC 6 Music, KEXP and Radio X.
​
I really enjoy teaching guitar from complete beginners to very advanced students, it's great being able to pass on my knowledge, advice and expertise.
MY LESSONS
My goal is primarily to teach my students to become guitarists or even better guitarists in a fun, pressure-free, judgement-free environment. Whether you’re looking to learn on your own, or are interested in learning with a friend, please explore how you can become a better guitarist with me below.
BEGINNER TOÂ ADVANCED LESSONS FOR ADULTS
Lessons are individually tailored to students to help keep you interested and inspired by learning to play all of your favourite songs.

You'll also be able to learn what makes the songs sound great whilst being taught all the tools and techniques the best musicians use to help you develop your own playing to whatever level you desire.
​
Styles taught include: Rock, Indie, Blues, Pop, Folk and Metal.

IMPROV, WRITING, TECHNIQUESÂ AND SOLOS
Practice exercises and Backing Tracks are available online to download for practice at home to help you learn rhythm playing, soloing and improvising as quickly as possible.

I've a vast range of music experience which I use to give students all the knowledge they need to play in their own style and also to write songs.
With years of knowledge of guitars, effects, amps and equipment.
Performing live and studio/recording experience I am always available for help and advice.
GUITAR LESSONS FOR KIDS
No matter your age, level of skill or experience each class includes practical and theoretical instruction, along with plenty of time to put your new knowledge into practice.
